Resumen
La expansión del capital en el agro presenta un carácter heterogéneo. En sociedades históricamente determinadas, es posible distinguir procesos
agrarios particulares y la existencia de variadas modalidades de relaciones y formas de organización sociales que se constituyen y transforman,
condicionadas por el contexto social global, pero adquiriendo tonalidades
específicas.
Estas desigualdades ocurridas con el desarrollo capitalista en el agro se
expresan con mucha claridad, en el origen de diversos sectores campesinos.
Las especificidades propias de éstos, tornan inadecuadas las definiciones
globales y las clasificaciones preestablecidas, en estratificaciones construidas
sin examinar los procesos agrarios particulares.
