Factores que inciden en el modelo de atención para el usuario del Laboratorio Clínico del Hospital Dr. Fernando Escalante Pradilla, de Pérez Zeledón, 2008-2009.

Abstract

Esta investigación tuvo como propósito, investigar los factores que inciden en el modelo de atención para el usuario del Laboratorio Clínico del Hospital Dr. Fernando Escalante Pradilla, de Pérez Zeledón, 2008 - 2009. La investigación es de tipo descriptivo, siguiendo un paradigma de investigación mixto. El presente informe de tesis contiene un marco teórico elaborado, con literatura consultada, él mismo enfoca temas relacionados con el problema de estudio: ¿Cuál es el grado de la satisfacción del usuario, del Laboratorio Clínico del Hospital Dr. Escalante Pradilla, del servicio que recibe cuando se presenta a entregar o a que le realicen algún tipo de análisis de sangre? Se presenta el procedimiento metodológico. La población que participó son: 62 usuarios, 6 sujetos del personal del Laboratorio, y el jefe del Laboratorio. Para la recolección de la información se utilizaron dos instrumentos: dirigidos a estos mismos sujetos, los cuales proporcionaron los datos que sirvieron de base para el análisis e interpretación de los resultados que se presentan en cuadros y gráficos. Las conclusiones se muestran organizadas por variables e indican la influencia favorable o desfavorable para el procedimiento que se averiguó. A partir de las conclusiones se formularon las recomendaciones. De último se presenta la bibliográfica y los anexos.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the factors that influence the model of attention for the user of the Clinical Laboratory of the Hospital Dr. Fernando Escalante Pradilla, of Pérez Zeledón, 2008 - 2009. The research is descriptive, following a mixed research paradigm. The present thesis report contains a theoretical framework elaborated with consulted literature, it focuses on topics related to the study problem: What is the degree of user satisfaction, of the Clinical Laboratory of the Dr. Escalante Pradilla Hospital, of the service received when he/she comes to deliver or to have some type of blood analysis performed? The methodological procedure is presented. The population that participated was: 62 users, 6 subjects of the Laboratory personnel, and the head of the Laboratory. Two instruments were used to collect the information: one was addressed to these same subjects, which provided the data that served as the basis for the analysis and interpretation of the results presented in tables and graphs. The conclusions are shown organized by variables and indicate the favorable or unfavorable influence for the procedure that was investigated. Based on the conclusions, recommendations were formulated. Finally, the bibliography and annexes are presented.
