Resumen
El Instituto Costarricense de Electricidad (ICE) desde ya hace varios años ha venido crecicndo de manera acelerada, y esto provoca que cada día tenga que contratar nuevo personal. El manejo de dicha contratación sc hace actualmente de manera manual y poco eficiente.
El proyecto de graduación que se desarrollará pretende solventar la necesidad de automatización del proceso de Nombramientos del ICE.
La idea general del proyecto es poder brindarles a todas las oficinas regionales del país una herramienta tecnológica, que les permita de manera ágil y eficiente el registro y aprobación de los nombramientos de personal que son requeridos por la Institución.
Cada oficina regional del ICE en todo el país podrá ingresar al sistema web y registrar las caracterizaciones de puestos ya existentes y plenamente justificados, así como las personas elegibles que lograrían ocupar dichas labores, una vez ingresados se enviará una notificación a todos los involucrados en el proceso para su respectiva aprobación; con IO que se pretende reducir considerablemente el tiempo que se tarda en realizar dicho nombramiento.
Con el sistema se pretende reducir el tiempo que se tarda en realizar un nombramiento, dar mayor control y seguimiento a cada actividad del proceso de reclutamiento para así identificar las actividades donde está tardando la respuesta del trámite, así como también ir liberando el espacio fisico que ha está siendo ocupado con los documentos de contratación, en el momento que los mismos ya puedan ser desechados.
