Resumen
Este proyecto tiene como propósito diseñar una estructura documental para la
implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Responsabilidad Social (SGRS) en la
empresa SOLIRSA, bajo los requisitos de la norma INTE G35:2012, con el fin de
gestionar la sostenibilidad del negocio y propiciar el relacionamiento con sus partes
interesadas.
En primera instancia, se realiza un análisis de contexto de la organización, en el cual se
identifican riesgos e impactos (tanto internos como externos). Se aprovechan dos
herramientas esenciales para organizar y determinar asuntos destacados de SOLIRSA:
el análisis FODA y el análisis PESTEL. Asimismo, se indaga en torno a los temas
relevantes del sector de negocios donde se desarrolla la empresa y se realiza un
benchmarking de su competencia y aliados. Sumado a lo anterior, a partir de la revisión
inicial de la organización, el equipo investigador obtiene datos valiosos para determinar
que SOLIRSA ha adelantado camino, gracias a la implementación de otros sistemas de
gestión, a la identificación y evaluación de los requisitos legales y normativa aplicable y
a la definición de procesos de manejo de información documentada.
Una vez que se sistematizan los resultados del análisis de contexto, el siguiente paso en
la investigación consiste en un acercamiento para identificar y comprender cuáles son
las partes interesadas pertinentes de SOLIRSA. De forma preliminar, se elabora un
listado exhaustivo de instituciones, empresas o personas participantes en la cadena de
valor de la organización y se les organiza en grupos por conveniencia, de acuerdo con
el contexto organizacional; a este esquema se le denomina “mapa de públicos”.
Asimismo, se analiza y valida esta clasificación con la Alta Dirección durante un taller, en
el cual se construye, de manera conjunta, la matriz de partes interesadas pertinentes,
donde se identifica a aquellos grupos prioritarios para SOLIRSA. Finalmente, el equipo
investigador define la metodología, herramientas e instrumentos para que la organización
pueda realizar la consulta a partes interesadas pertinentes a futuro, como parte de la
puesta en marcha del SGRS, o bien, la implementación de sus estrategias corporativas.

El siguiente paso, como parte de esta investigación, consiste en desarrollar el análisis de
materialidad de SOLIRSA. Para ello, se elige la herramienta a utilizar, según las
características de la organización, se definen los temas prioritarios a partir del análisis
de contexto de la organización y los resultados del taller de partes interesadas. Luego de
ello, se evalúan los temas prioritarios con la herramienta de materialidad seleccionada y
se obtiene, como producto de la evaluación, una matriz que refleja 5 temas materiales
prioritarios para la empresa.
Como producto final del proyecto, se diseña el Manual del Sistema de Gestión de
Responsabilidad Social de SOLIRSA, a partir del minucioso estudio realizado en los
capítulos de análisis de contexto, identificación de expectativas de partes interesadas y
análisis de materialidad, y con base en los requisitos de la norma INTE G35:2012. Se
pretende que este manual se convierta en una herramienta esencial para la organización,
si decide implementar un SGRS en el corto o mediano plazo.
En términos generales, la Alta Dirección de SOLIRSA muestra un claro compromiso con
la mejora continua en toda la cadena de valor, incluyendo asuntos relacionados con
sostenibilidad, mediante la implementación de estándares mundiales. Las certificaciones
obtenidas en materia de ambiente y salud y seguridad en el trabajo, así como su apertura
para desarrollar un nuevo sistema de gestión basado en responsabilidad social, son
muestra de su cultura de excelencia y liderazgo de su sector de negocios. Debido a lo
anterior, se recomienda a la organización implementar el SGRS a partir del diseño
realizado como parte de este proyecto. Asimismo, se insta a SOLIRSA a aprovechar su
experiencia y madurez para gestionar los sistemas de manera integrada, con el fin de
alcanzar la eficiencia organizacional y el máximo aprovechamiento de los recursos
disponibles.
