El uso de la Plataforma Microsoft Teams desde la perspectiva didáctica en la especialidad de Secretariado Ejecutivo de décimo año en el CTP de Bataan en el año 2020-2021

Resumen
Actualmente, la educación costarricense ha experimentado diversos cambios en los procesos de
enseñanza y aprendizaje con la incorporación de la tecnología en educación. En este contexto es
requerido formalizar una estrategia didáctica que integre el desarrollo de competencias digitales
en las personas estudiantes que se ajusten a sus necesidades cognitivas para el cumplimiento de
los saberes esenciales.
La tesis de investigación responde al trabajo final de graduación para optar por el grado de
licenciatura en Educación Comercial de la Escuela de Secretariado Profesional. El objetivo se
centra en analizar el uso de la plataforma Microsoft Teams desde la perspectiva didáctica en la
especialidad de Secretariado Ejecutivo de décimo año del Colegio Técnico Profesional (CTP) de
Bataan en el año 2020-2021, para el establecimiento de líneas de acción pedagógicas.
La indagación brindará las herramientas necesarias para dar a conocer la realidad sobre los
procesos de enseñanza, que fueron adaptados de la modalidad presencial a la virtual; además de
todas las prácticas educativas que trajo consigo la inserción de un ambiente virtual de aprendizaje
por medios tecnológicos.
La metodología que el Ministerio de Educación Pública (MEP) estableció para la continuidad de
los ciclos lectivos sugiere una modificación en las prácticas docentes que van desde la
actualización curricular, modificación de planes de práctica pedagógica, uso de medios digitales,
recursos tecnológicos y cambios de estrategias didácticas para cumplir los saberes esenciales y
aprendizajes esperados, de conformidad con los programas de estudio.
La recolección de datos se realizó mediante una metodología mixta (cualitativa y cuantitativa),
pero más inclinada a lo cualitativo de tipo descriptiva, debido a que, según su alcance, pretende
describir cómo ha sido la experiencia de la población docente y estudiantil referente al uso de la
plataforma Microsoft Teams como estrategia de enseñanza y aprendizaje, según los lineamientos
establecidos por el MEP de Costa Rica.
Currently, Costa Rican education has undergone various changes in the processes of teaching and learning with the incorporation of technology in education. In this context it is required to formalize a didactic strategy that integrates the development of digital skills in the students that adjust to their cognitive needs for the fulfillment of the essential knowledge. The research thesis responds to the final graduation project to opt for the degree of Bachelor's degree in Business Education from the Professional Secretarial School. The target will focuses on analyzing the use of the Microsoft Teams platform from the didactic perspective in the specialty of Executive Secretary of the tenth year of the Professional Technical College (CTP) of Bataan in the year 2020-2021, for the establishment of pedagogical lines of action. The investigation will provide the necessary tools to reveal the reality about the teaching processes, which were adapted from face-to-face to virtual; in addition to all the educational practices brought about by the insertion of a virtual learning environment by technological means. The methodology that the Ministry of Public Education (MEP) established for the continuity of school cycles suggests a change in teaching practices ranging from the curricular updating, modification of pedagogical practice plans, use of digital media, technological resources and changes in teaching strategies to meet the essential knowledge and expected learning, in accordance with the study programs. Data collection was carried out using a mixed methodology (qualitative and quantitative), but more inclined to the qualitative of a descriptive type, because, according to its scope, it intends to describe how the experience of the teaching and student population has been regarding the use of the Microsoft Teams platform as a teaching and learning strategy, according to the guidelines established by the MEP of Costa Rica.
