Resumen
En la siguiente investigación se pretende analizar la situación laboral de los profesionales graduados en la carrera de Ingeniería en Sistemas de Información y qué grado de satisfacción tienen estos, así como los empleadores, en relación con la formación recibida en la carrera. La Universidad Nacional es una institución muy importante que ha brindado al país educación, ciencia, cultura, pero, sobre todo, siempre al servicio de la sociedad, mediante la formación de profesionales con un alto nivel en conocimientos, en este caso, en las áreas de las ciencias exactas y naturales e ingenierías, su aplicación y enseñanza, comprometida siempre con el bienestar común, el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida, por medio del desarrollo, la actualización y la renovación permanente de su recurso humano y de sus programas académicos, el fomento de la vinculación externa y la evaluación. Se analizará un aspecto importante debido a que las universidades realizan pocos estudios que permitan conocer y analizar las exigencias del mercado laboral, esto hace que en la formación de profesionales no se tenga conocimiento de los requerimientos que tienen las organizaciones o empresas que dan aportes económicos. Igualmente, la sobreoferta de profesionales en algunas áreas es un aspecto que se puede disminuir con la adecuada existencia de indicadores que proporcionen constantemente información sobre lo que está experimentando el mercado laboral, esto contribuirá a la disminución de profesionales que no encuentran trabajo ya que la persona no se va a inclinar por las carreras tradicionales y saturadas como por ejemplo Derecho, Periodismo, Medina, Psicología entre otras. De igual forma, la poca investigación de los profesionales egresados no permite medir la escasez de ellos para ciertos sectores como informática, lo que representa menor mano de obra y crecimiento para las empresas.
The following research aims to analyze the employment situation of the professionals graduated in the career of Information Systems Engineering and their degree of satisfaction, as well as that of the employers, in relation to the training received in the career. The National University is a very important institution that has provided the country with education, science, culture, but, above all, always at the service of society, through the training of professionals with a high level of knowledge, in this case, in the areas of exact and natural sciences and engineering, its application and teaching, always committed to the common welfare, the improvement of the quality of life, through the development, updating and permanent renewal of its human resources and its academic programs, the promotion of external linkage and evaluation. An important aspect will be analyzed due to the fact that the universities carry out few studies that allow them to know and analyze the demands of the labor market, which means that in the training of professionals there is no knowledge of the requirements of the organizations or companies that provide economic contributions. Likewise, the oversupply of professionals in some areas is an aspect that can be reduced with the proper existence of indicators that constantly provide information on what the labor market is experiencing, this will contribute to the reduction of professionals who do not find work because the person will not be inclined to traditional and saturated careers such as law, journalism, medicine, psychology, among others. Likewise, the lack of research on graduated professionals does not allow us to measure the shortage of them for certain sectors such as IT, which represents less labor and growth for companies.
