Resumen
En este documento se presenta un estudio económico financiero para la
construcción y comercialización de una planta de producción de huevos de codorniz en el
distrito de Liberia, Guanacaste. El objetivo principal es brindar información con detalle y
analizar el contexto donde se desarrolla la idea de negocio, para así reducir o mitigar
incertidumbres, miedos y riesgos.
Se presentan cinco capítulos.
El capítulo uno Plantea el problema que se desea resolver, encontramos la
justificación e interrogante.
Además, se describen las características generales de la empresa, como su
ubicación geográfica, las actividades económicas de la región, el tamaño de la población y
otros aspectos relevantes
El capítulo dos detalla la metodología utilizada para la consecución de los objetivos
específicos. Se identifican las fuentes de información primarias y secundarias que fueron
utilizadas, las técnicas de recolección de datos, como entrevistas.
El capítulo tres desarrolla la Fundamentación teórica
Se analiza con detalle el estado de la cuestión relacionado con el tema de la planta
de producción de huevos de codorniz, se desarrolla un marco teórico y conceptual. Se
destacan las variables relevantes y se utilizan fuentes secundarias de otros autores para
respaldar la teoría.
En el capítulo cuatro encontramos seis estudios que son fundamentales para
completar con éxito la idea de negoció, a saber, el Estudio legal, ambiental, de mercado,
organizacional, técnico y financiero.
En este capítulo se llevará a cabo un estudio profundo en diversas áreas. Se
realizará un análisis legal para identificar los requisitos y regulaciones aplicables. Se
analizará el impacto ambiental que produciría el emprendimiento y se tomarán en cuenta
las consideraciones relacionadas con el mercado, la organización, los aspectos técnicos y
la viabilidad financiera. Estos análisis resultan fundamentales para determinar si la planta
de producción y comercialización de huevos de codorniz en Liberia, Guanacaste es viable y
generaría utilidad y entonces continuar con el proyecto.
La finalidad de este estudio económico financiero es contar con información y
analizar el contexto, para tomar decisiones y reducir la incertidumbre y los riesgos que se
asocian a la implementación de la planta de producción y comercialización de huevos de
codorniz en el distrito de Liberia, Guanacaste.
This document presents an economic and financial study for the construction and commercialization of a quail egg production plant in the district of Liberia, Guanacaste. The main objective is to provide detailed information and analyze the context in which the business idea is developed, in order to reduce or mitigate uncertainties, fears and risks. Five chapters are presented. Chapter one presents the problem to be solved, we find the justification and question. In addition, the general characteristics of the company are described, such as its geographic location, the economic activities of the region, the size of the population and other relevant aspects. Chapter two details the methodology used to use to achieve the specific objectives. It identifies the primary and secondary sources of information that were used, the data collection techniques, such as interviews. Chapter three develops the theoretical foundation. The state of the art related to the topic of the quail egg production plant is analyzed in detail, and a theoretical and conceptual framework is developed. Relevant variables are highlighted and secondary sources from other authors are used to support the theory. In chapter four we find six studies that are fundamental to successfully complete the business idea, namely the legal, environmental, market, organizational, technical and financial studies. In this chapter an in-depth study will be conducted in several areas. A legal analysis will be carried out to identify the applicable requirements and regulations. The environmental impact of the venture will be analyzed and considerations related to the market, organization, technical aspects and financial viability will be taken into account. These analyses are essential to determine whether the quail egg production and marketing plant in Liberia, Guanacaste is viable and would generate profits and then proceed with the project. The purpose of this economic and financial study is to have information and analyze the context, in order to make decisions and reduce the uncertainty and risks associated with the implementation of the quail egg production and marketing plant in the district of Liberia, Guanacaste.
