Refleja la Costa Rica del 2000 hasta el 2110, el nacimiento de Mama Chepa, como una mujer que aporta una amplitud de perspectivas políticas, e instituciones para que Costa Rica se convirtiera en fuente del renacimiento plenario a finales del Siglo XXI.

It reflects Costa Rica from 2000 to 2110, the birth of Mama Chepa, as a woman who brings a wide range of political perspectives, and institutions for Costa Rica to become the source of the plenary rebirth at the end of the 21st century.
