Aportes teórico-metodológicos en la investigación del patrimonio cultural y natural para el turismo en Sarapiquí, Costa Rica

Resumen
El Turismo Cultural afronta retos en términos de investigación y formas de generación de conocimientos. Su abordaje interdisciplinario, recurre a las Ciencias Sociales para reconocer, caracterizar y sistematizar información, referente a los recursos cultural y natural, de contextos comunitarios rurales, donde se desarrollan actividades turísticas y de recreación, para su potenciación.La experiencia de elaboración de una metodología para estos fines; en el marco delcurso ―Gestión del Patrimonio Cultural 2017‖ de la Universidad Nacional, Costa Rica,Sección Regional Huetar Norte y Caribe, ubicada en el cantón de Sarapiquí; se propone, desde la corriente sociológica del Interaccionismo Simbólico, los conceptos de Turismo Cultural y Patrimonio Material, Inmaterial y Natural, abordar con asertividad y rigurosidad, la riqueza cultural-natural-turística, presente en la vida cotidiana de estas comunidades, para el uso de la información y el conocimiento producidos, en futuros proyectos turísticos locales.Producto de este proceso, la validación de la metodología se ejecutó posteriormente, por miembros de la comunidad universitaria y actores locales de Los Ángeles, distrito de Cureña, dando como resultado el ―Inventario de recursos culturales y naturales para el turismo, de la comunidad de Los Ángeles‖, un insumo de gran valor para su desarrolloturístico.
The Cultural Tourism confronts challenges when it comes to the terms of investigations and the ways for the generations of new knowledge. The multidisciplinary approach recurs to the Social Sciences to recognize characterize and systematize information, concerning to the cultural and natural resources, from rural community contexts, where they develop tourist and recreational activities, for its empowerment.The experience of elaborating a methodology for this purpose; under the framework of the course ―Cultural Heritage Management 2017‖ by the National University, Costa Rica, Northern Huetar and Caribbean Region, located in the Sarapiquí Canton, it proposes, from the sociological perspective of Symbolic Interactionism, the concepts of Cultural Tourism and Material Patrimony, Immaterial and Natural; engaging with assertiveness and strictness, the cultural-natural-tourist richness, present in the daily life of this communities, for the use of the information and knowledge produce for future local tourism projects.As a product of this process, the methodological validation was subsequently executed, by members of the academic community and local actors of from Los Ángeles, Cureña District, giving as a result the ―Inventory of cultural and natural resources for tourism, from the community of Los Ángeles‖, an input of great value for their tourist development.
