Resumen
Anaplasma spp. y Ehrlichia spp. son bacterias pertenecientes a la
familia Anaplasmataceae, las cuales son transmitidas por
garrapatas, y generan enfermedad en distintas especies de
animales, incluidos los equinos, en los cuales es más común la
infección por Anaplasma spp., mientras que Ehrlichia spp ha sido
escasamente reportada. Los principales signos clínicos de la
erlichiosis y anaplasmosis incluyen fiebre, inapetencia, depresión,
ataxia e ictericia.
