Abstract

El Seminario de Graduación Matriz del Observatorio Para la Integración Regional (OPIR), busca ser la plataforma desde la cual estudiantes participen en la recolección y análisis de los datos para completar las matrices que el OPIR trabaja para el Estado de la Región, Cada estudiante levantará información veraz, válida, confiable, verificable, actual, homogénea y comparable, sobre un aspecto del proceso de integración regional, desde las instituciones del SICA, incluyendo un manual metodológico, de esta forma se proporcionará información con la cual respaldar los análisis periódicos que el Estado de la Región genera y, permitir a académicas y académicas de la Escuela de Relaciones Internacionales crear análisis y propuestas al respecto.
