Resumen
Una educación sin valores, no podría ser una verdadera educación, de ahí que la educación por sí sola es considerada un valor. Todo sistema educativo pretende contribuir a que los alumnos clarifiquen y formulen sus propios valores y aquellos que la sociedad necesita para su progreso. En ese sentido, cuando no se procura la búsqueda de valores no hay educación.
Tener valores es haber reflexionado sobre las cosas positivas de la vida, haber establecido por cuáles luchar y tener principios que orienten la vida. De ahí que los valores desempeñan un papel en el proceso perfectivo humano; y si bien la educación ha sido considerada como un valor no se justifica la educación como conducción a ellos.
An education without values could not be a true education, hence education alone is considered a value. Every educational system aims to help students clarify and formulate their own values and those that society needs for its progress. In this sense, when the search for values is not sought, there is no education. To have values is to have reflected on the positive things in life, to have established what to fight for and to have principles that guide life. Hence, values play a role in the human perfective process; And while education has been considered a value, education is not justified as a way to achieve it.
