Propuesta : la autocompasión como una habilidad para potencializar una cultura de paz entre personas estudiantes de tercer ciclo de los colegios públicos en Costa Rica

Resumen
Este trabajo propone fomentar la autocompasión en adolescentes como una herramienta para mejorar su bienestar emocional y reducir la violencia en centros educativos de Costa Rica. A través de una guía didáctica lúdica y participativa, basada en la Educación para la Paz, se busca fortalecer la relación que los estudiantes tienen consigo mismos y con su entorno.
La propuesta se desarrolló mediante talleres con estudiantes de séptimo año, donde se aplicaron actividades que promueven el respeto, la autorregulación y la convivencia pacífica. El resultado final es una guía dirigida a profesionales educativos, con el fin de implementar procesos educativos más humanos, empáticos y protectores para la adolescencia.
This work proposes fostering self-compassion in adolescents as a tool to improve their emotional well-being and reduce violence in Costa Rican schools. Through a fun and participatory teaching guide based on Peace Education, the goal is to strengthen students' relationships with themselves and their environment. The proposal was developed through workshops with seventh-grade students, where activities promoting respect, self-regulation, and peaceful coexistence were implemented. The final result is a guide aimed at educational professionals, aimed at implementing more humane, empathetic, and protective educational processes for adolescents.
