Resumen
El presente trabajo inicia a partir de la búsqueda, selección y análisis de publicaciones
relacionadas con el tema Coaching Integral y Coaching educativo/ académico. Se inicia con el Coaching integral, como punto de partida para luego identificar y proponer una secuencia de acciones que beneficien el proceso de aprendizaje del estudiante (coaché) como parte del proceso de búsqueda de mejores prácticas en el proceso educativo. Este documento está enfocado en los procesos educativos, donde el estudiante es el protagonista, quien haciendo uso de esta herramienta, y guiado por un profesor
coach preparado, logra mayor autonomía y encuentra dentro de sus propios recursos
la mejor manera de lograr sus objetivos.
The present work starts from the search, selection and analysis of publications related to the topic of Integral Coaching and educational/academic Coaching. It begins with comprehensive coaching, as a starting point to later identify and propose a sequence of actions that benefit the student's learning process (coaché) as part of the search for best practices in the educational process. This document is focused on educational processes, where the student is the protagonist, who by using this tool, and guided by a trained coach teacher, achieves greater autonomy and finds within their own resources the best way to achieve their goals.
