Propuesta metodológica para la estandarización de los levantamientos batimétricos ejecutados por La Unidad de Hidrografía de la dirección de Infraestructura de la División Marítimo Portuaria del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transporte, mediante la utilización de tecnología GNSS y ecosonda monohaz

Abstract

El presente documento establece una metodología para la ejecución de un levantamiento batimétrico por parte de la Unidad de Hidrografía (UH), de la División Marítimo Portuaria (DMP), del Ministerio de Obras Públicas y Transportes (MOPT), mediante el uso de tecnología GNSS y ecosonda monohaz, la cual describe cómo lograr un óptimo levantamiento batimétrico, considerando los insumos con los que cuenta la DMP y tomando en consideración la capacitación y los instrumentos que posee actualmente la UH. Esta metodología propone la ejecución de un levantamiento batimétrico en tres fases, realizando cada una en un tiempo-espacio bien delimitado y estrictamente una antecede a su posterior, complementándose entre sí. Se ejecutó una batimetría mediante la metodología propuesta y se comprobó que se ajusta a las necesidades Y requerimiento de la UH, ya que al aplicarla se cumplió a cabalidad los resultados esperados; se optimizó el tiempo de ejecución, se planificaron con anterioridad las tareas administrativas, se ejecutó la batimetría de manera más eficaz y eficiente, y con esto se logró reducir los errores técnicos y mejorar la calidad de la información. Como resultado de la metodología, se elaboró un manual que describe los pasos técnicos y administrativos a seguir en la ejecución de levantamientos batimétricos, por lo tanto, con dicho documento la Unidad de Hidrografía tendrá una guía a utilizar en cada etapa que conforma un levantamiento batimétrico, lo cual y debido a su organización de manera secuencial, le agilizará enormemente los procesos y tareas necesarias, además de permitirle reducir la probabilidad de errores.

A bathymetry was carried out using the proposed methodology and it was verified that it adjusts to the needs and requirements of the UH, since when applying it, the expected results were fully met; The execution time was optimized, the administrative tasks were planned in advance, the bathymetry was executed in a more effective and efficient way, and with this it was possible to reduce technical errors and improve the quality of the information. As a result of the methodology, a manual was prepared that describes the technical and administrative steps to follow in the execution of bathymetric surveys, therefore, with said document, the Hydrography Unit will have a guide to use in each stage that makes up a bathymetric survey. , which and due to its sequential organization, will greatly streamline the necessary processes and tasks, in addition to allowing you to reduce the probability of errors.
