El marketing digital para la atracción turística: propuesta de un plan de posicionamiento digital del sector turismo para la municipalidad de Golfito

Resumen
En la actualidad es común que diversos sectores económicos, incluyendo el sector turístico, utilicen las redes sociales, los sitios web los blog, y otros medios digitales, como herramientas para la promoción de sus servicios y la atracción de clientes, por ende, se ha vuelto indispensable el conocimiento en técnicas y estrategias de marketing digital. Como muchas otras regiones de Costa Rica, el cantón de golfito cuenta con una amplia biodiversidad que permite la realización de distintas actividades recreativas y el desarrollo de varios tipos de turismo, sin embargo este sector no ha logrado impactar en la economía de la región de manera significativa, entre los posibles motivos destaca el poco uso de las herramientas digitales para la atracción de turistas, por ello este proyecto de investigación tiene el propósito de generar una propuesta de posicionamiento digital mediante el análisis de diversas técnicas y estrategias, que permitan generar la promoción de los activos turísticos del cantón mediante la aplicación de herramientas digitales.
Nowadays, it is common for various economic sectors, including the tourism sector, to use social networks, websites, blogs, and other digital media to promote their services and attract customers, therefore, it is necessary to know about digital marketing techniques and strategies. Like many other regions of Costa Rica, the canton of Golfito has a wide biodiversity that allows the realization of different recreational activities and the development of various types of tourism, however, this sector has not managed to impact the region's economy significantly, among the possible reasons, the scarce use of digital media to attract tourists stands out, therefore this research project has the purpose of generating a digital positioning proposal through the analysis of various techniques and strategies, which allow generating the promotion of the tourist assets of the canton through the application of digital tools.
