Considering the above, it is essential to mention that the area used for pineapple cultivation is delimited; however, with respect to the total property, where there are other types of land covers, the specific limits of the other covers are completely unknown. For the purposes of this work, the methodology applied is the mixed research method, because qualitative and quantitative data processes are carried out to conclude the objectives of the research, taking into account mainly the branch of integrated geography, in order to use geographic information systems and remote sensing technologies, to categorize the different land uses and carry out mitigation strategies for the impact caused to the soil; and with it, to its coverage in general.
