Propuesta de plan de negocios para el mejoramiento en la gestión administrativa en el Aserradero JIMECA en el cantón de Pérez Zeledón en el 2017

Resumen
El trabajo presente tiene como objetivo principal realizar la propuesta de plan de negocios para el mejoramiento en la gestión administrativa en el Aserradero JIMECA en el cantón de Pérez Zeledón, con el propósito de introducir la imagen de esta microempresa y sus productos de madera al mercado tan competente de este cantón, ofreciéndole a los clientes productos realizados con el recurso maderero aprovechado hasta el final de los residuos, provenientes de bosques reforestados y cultivados para la conservación de los bosques primarios, ofreciendo
al mercado artículos para el hogar, construcción y ebanistería.
El problema del estudio es la reducción de la liquidez del aserradero JIMECA, provocada por la administración empírica, faltantes de estudios de mercado, planificación y sin controles de efectivo. Para ello se realizaron análisis internos y externos, que demostraron ineficiencias en el manejo de los recursos.
Apoyado con la propuesta se elaboró una encuesta de satisfacción del cliente, entrevistando a 25 de ellos se reflejaron resultados positivos con la calidad de los productos, precio, tiempo de entrega y diversidad de artículos. Los estudios realizados en este plan de negocios establecieron estructura una organizativa para los colaboradores y sus funciones, control de efectivo y manejo de inventarios, además se diseñó una etiqueta a sus productos e imagen del local, acompañado del apoyo publicitario en medios de comunicación y redes sociales.
Lo más importante fueron los resultados arrojados por el plan financiero, reflejando datos favorables para la microempresa de Aserradero JIMECA, el flujo de efectivo sin financiamiento demostró que la microempresa tiene la capacidad para ser un negocio rentable y factible, con una VAN de ₡ 7.921.546,78, un TIR del 17% y un beneficio de costo del 1.18. Y el flujo de efectivo con financiamiento manifestó datos positivos con un VAN de ₡8.174.267,29, un TIR del 19% y un beneficio de costo del 1.24. Y el estado de resultados demostró una rentabilidad de ₡5.211.235 para el primer año y un alza considerable para los siguientes períodos, es así como el proyecto puede ser considerado para su funcionamiento.
The main objective of this work is to propose a business plan to improve the administrative management of the JIMECA sawmill in the canton of Perez Zeledon, with the purpose of introducing the image of this microenterprise and its wood products to the competent market of this canton, offering customers products made with wood resources harvested to the end of the waste, from reforested and cultivated forests for the conservation of primary forests, offering to the market articles for home, construction and cabinetmaking. the market with articles for the home, construction and cabinetmaking.
