The purpose of this research was to analyze the influence of the level of hyperactivity and aggressiveness on the interpersonal relationships of boys and girls. The general objective of this study is to determine the effects of hyperactivity and aggressiveness on the interpersonal relationships of 3rd grade boys and girls of the Portalón School, Circuit 02, Aguirre, during the second and third school year 2004. This research is within a descriptive framework, under the quantitative paradigm. The sources consulted refer to the school in its context, the family, the teachers, the students and the influence of hyperactivity and aggressiveness in the interpersonal relationships of the boys and girls involved in this quantitative and descriptive study. In this thesis project, the questionnaire was used as a technique for the collection of information. Three teachers of this institution were taken as the population, including the grade teacher, 18 students and their respective parents and caregivers. All these were chosen because the group of children is small and can be handled as a total population. The results obtained show that despite the fact that most of the children like to attend school and consider that the methodology used is adequate and not boring, they have difficulty staying in the same place, which is why the other members of the class are affected by their hyperactive behavior (standing up, talking excessively, bothering their classmates: pulling their hair, poking them with a pencil, etc.), and aggressive behavior (throwing objects at their classmates, etc.). ), and aggressive (throwing objects, swearing, hitting classmates, shouting), all of which causes disharmony in the classroom and, therefore, affects their interpersonal relationships. On the other hand, it has been determined that most parents or caregivers, although they say that problems are not solved with violence, contradict themselves when advising their children, since in the results provided they say the opposite.
