This document reports on a set of activities and results not established in the Improvement Commitment (CM) but linked to the process of continuous improvement of the Bachelor's Degree in Library Science and Information Management (2024-2028), carried out during the period from March 2024 to December 2025. The School of Library Science, Documentation, and Information (EBDI) considers it strategic to carry out this systematization because these elements are derived from the latest accreditation process and the impact of these actions will have short-, medium-, and long-term benefits for the entire educational community and the continuous improvement of the program. Most of the actions discussed below are the result of academic maturity within the Unit and correspond to processes of reflection and taking advantage of opportunities for improvement, with a comprehensive and strategic vision of positioning, updating, and competitiveness in relation to other academic offerings at the national level. The EBDI works hard to be a benchmark for training quality professionals who are aware of the social work they must carry out in their work environment. This systematization aims to demonstrate the institutional commitment, internalizing and reflecting on the culture of quality that characterizes us and goes beyond the actions established in the CM. Ten high-level actions will be presented that allow the EBDI to be visible in national and international contexts, some already completed and others that will be in the process of development within a five-year framework.
