SITUACIÓN DE LA TENENCIA DE LA TIERRA EN LA HACIENDA MIRAVALLES Y SUS EFECTOS EN EL DESARROLLO RURAL SOSTENIBLE CON ENFOQUE TERRITORIAL, GUANACASTE, COSTA RICA, 2022.

Abstract

Esta investigación tiene como objetivos propuestos, conocer los efectos de la falta de regularización de tierras por parte del INDER, así como las consecuencias en el desarrollo rural sostenible con enfoque territorial. Mediante los resultados obtenidos, podrían crearse mejoras o, bien, un modelo de atención a estas problemáticas territoriales en el país para poder identificar mejoras o un modelo de atención a estas problemáticas de tierras en el país. Asimismo, con los insumos obtenidos, plantear recomendaciones al INDER sobre las propuestas que permitan mantener una herramienta clara, precisa, eficiente, y debidamente actualizada, para una mejor toma de decisiones para el bien de las comunidades de HM y de la institucionalidad pública en general.

This research has as proposed objectives, to know the effects of the lack of land regularization by INDER, as well as the consequences on sustainable rural development with a territorial approach. Through the results obtained, improvements could be created or, rather, a model of attention to these territorial problems in the country in order to identify improvements or a model of attention to these land problems in the country. Also, with the inputs obtained, make recommendations to INDER on proposals that allow maintaining a clear, precise, efficient, and duly updated tool, for better decision-making for the good of HM communities and public institutions in general.
