The investment plan requires an initial investment of $23,469.99, of which 70% will be financed through debt and 30% with internal resources. At the conclusion of the project, it was revealed that 75% of actual demand is interested in purchasing the weight training service along with another current service at the gym, the “Paquete Fit”, which would generate greater income for the business. Another notable aspect is that the investment plan is more profitable and financially feasible if it is partially financed through debt.
