Sistema de información para el control y gestión de la cartera crediticia del departamento de cobro de la Dirección Financiera de COOPEMEX R. L.

Abstract

La humanidad ha tenido siempre el instinto de naturaleza social con lo cual busca agruparse y formar sociedades que le permitan confrontar situaciones presentes en su diario vivir. Es por tal motivo que surgen movimientos e ideologías de organización, tal es el caso del cooperativismo, una asociación de característica autónoma en donde las personas se unen de forma voluntaria para hacer frente a sus necesidades comunes ya sean sociales, económicas y culturales. Hoy en día existe una diversidad de tipos de cooperativas, basadas en el ambiente en donde se desarrollan. Entre las que se pueden mencionar se encuentran: las cooperativas de trabajo asociado o producción, agraria, servicios, viviendas, ahorro y crédito. Es en el último tipo en el que se desempeña el Servicio Cooperativo Nacional de Ahorro y Crédito de los Trabajadores Costarricenses, R.L., conocida comúnmente como COOPEMEX, R.L.; una cooperativa fundada en el Hospital México (de ahí su nombre comercial) y con más de 35 años en el mercado. Al ser COOPEMEX una cooperativa que brinda servicios de ahorro y crédito, y ser regulada por la Superintendencia General de Entidades Financieras (SUGEF); es primordial una administración óptima del dinero, garantizando a sus asociados, el mejor manejo de sus ahorros para el bienestar de todos. Para cumplir con tan importante tarea, la cooperativa se ve en la necesidad de contar con el mejor material humano y tecnológico.

Humanity has always had the instinct of a social nature with which it seeks to group together and form societies that allow it to confront situations present in its daily lives. It is for this reason that organizational movements and ideologies arise, such is the case of cooperativism, an association of autonomous characteristics where people come together voluntarily to meet their common needs, whether social, economic and cultural. Today there is a diversity of types of cooperatives, based on the environment in which they develop. Among those that can be mentioned are: cooperatives of associated work or production, agriculture, services, housing, savings and credit. The National Savings and Credit Cooperative Service for Costa Rican Workers, R.L., commonly known as COOPEMEX, R.L.; a cooperative founded in Hospital México (hence its commercial name) and with more than 35 years in the market. As COOPEMEX is a cooperative that provides savings and credit services, and is regulated by the General Superintendency of Financial Entities (SUGEF); optimal money management is paramount, guaranteeing its associates the best management of their savings for the well-being of all. To fulfill such an important task, the cooperative is in need of having the best human and technological material.
