Resumen
Esta tesis se centra en estudiar la comunicación en el correcto funcionamiento tanto interno como externo en las organizaciones, con un enfoque específico en la Casa de la Mujer. Se destaca la relevancia de la comunicación en ambos ámbitos, ya que influye directamente en los servicios y atenciones ofrecidas a los usuarios, así como el desempeño de los empleados dentro de la organización. El objetivo principal es analizar la comunicación como un punto estratégico para el fortalecimiento en los procesos y la gestión administrativa de las labores de la institución. Además, se desarrollan objetivos específicos que incorporan algunas variables necesarias para proporcionar información relevante sobre el tema. Para alcanzar el objetivo principal, se aplica una encuesta a usuarios para obtener la información necesaria sobre su bienestar o inconformidad sobre el servicio obtenido. Para los colaboradores de la organización, se aplica un instrumento que recolecta información sobre sus condiciones labores en el ámbito comunicativo, como parte de una investigación cualitativa, permitiendo la recolección de información de forma real y profunda. Finalmente, se examina detalladamente la encuesta a los usuarios y colaboradores y se extraen los resultados pertinentes sobre su percepción y experiencias con la organización. Del mismo modo, a partir de los instrumentos aplicados a los empleados y usuarios se realiza un estudio de los resultados obtenidos con el objetivo de obtener conclusiones significativas sobre su opinión y experiencia con la organización.
This thesis focuses on studying communication in the proper functioning of both internal and external aspects of organizations, with a specific focus on the Women's Center. It highlights the importance of communication in both areas, as it directly influences the services and care offered to users, as well as the performance of employees within the organization. The main objective is to analyze communication as a strategic point for strengthening the processes and administrative management of the institution's work. In addition, specific objectives are developed that incorporate some variables necessary to provide relevant information on the subject. To achieve the main objective, a survey is administered to users to obtain the necessary information about their satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the service received. For the organization's employees, an instrument is used to collect information about their working conditions in the area of communication, as part of a qualitative investigation, allowing for the collection of real and in-depth information. Finally, the survey of users and employees is examined in detail, and the relevant results regarding their perceptions and experiences with the organization are extracted. Similarly, based on the instruments applied to employees and users, a study of the results obtained is carried out with the aim of drawing meaningful conclusions about their opinions and experiences with the organization.
