Resumen
Este proyecto de investigación corresponde al trabajo final de graduación, en la modalidad de proyecto para optar por el grado de Licenciatura en Educación Comercial y tiene como propósito diseñar una propuesta didáctica por competencias para el curso de Educación Continua sobre normas de etiqueta y protocolo empresarial; primeramente, se pretende identificar factores didácticos pedagógicos del programa del curso Etiqueta y Protocolo en la gestión de la oficina y relacionarlo con un enfoque por competencias, identificar elementos curriculares que permitan la elaboración de una propuesta didáctica para dicho curso, establecer los elementos didácticos y pedagógicos que son insumos para la actualización del programa y la elaboración de la propuesta didáctica del curso en estudio, para luego elaborar dicha propuesta y validarla a partir del criterio de expertos. El paradigma es interpretativo con enfoque metodológico mixto y el tipo de investigación es descriptiva y aplicada, la recolección de la información se llevó a cabo a partir de tres técnicas que son: entrevistas aplicadas a personas del área secretarial y Administración de Oficinas y a expertos de diversas áreas de conocimiento atinentes al proyecto, el análisis de contenido se ha realizado con documentación institucional relativa a cursos de Educación Continua y la encuesta. Por otra parte, el contexto de estudio es la Actividad Académica y se obtuvo información con actores participantes en dicha actividad académica relacionados con el área secretarial y Administración de Oficinas de empresas públicas y privadas. Este proyecto responde a la necesidad que presenta la Escuela de Secretariado Profesional (ESP) al no contar con un curso por competencias en esta temática en específico. En consecuencia, se logró elaborar dos propuestas, la primera corresponde a un programa de Actividad de Capacitación por competencias, en la cual se analizaron los factores didácticos pedagógicos y elementos curriculares apropiados para su planteamiento, y la segunda, es una propuesta didáctica por competencias donde se utilizaron elementos didácticos y pedagógicos para su elaboración, asimismo, fue validada por expertos y se determinó que contiene todos los elementos necesarios de acuerdo con lo estudiado a lo largo de esta investigación, además de su pertinencia para el desarrollo del curso de Educación Continua sobre normas de etiqueta y protocolo empresarial.
This research work is the final graduation project, in the project format to obtain a Bachelor degree in Commercial Education and its purpose is to design a competency-based teaching proposal for the Continuing Education course about business etiquette and protocol. Firstly, it aims to identify pedagogical didactic factors of the Etiquette and Protocol in Office Management course program and relate it to a competency-based approach. After this, identify curricular elements that allow the development of a teaching proposal to the course. Then, establish the didactic and pedagogical elements that are inputs for updating the program and develop the teaching proposal for the course under study. Finally, elaborate the proposal and validate it based on expert criteria. The paradigm is interpretive with a mixed methodological approach, and the type of research is descriptive and applied. Besides, information was collected using three techniques: interviews with people from the secretarial and Office Administration areas and experts from various areas of knowledge related to the project. Likewise, content analysis was performed with institutional documentation related to Continuing Education courses and survey. Furthermore, the study context is Academic Activity, and information had been obtained from actors participating in the academic activity related to the secretarial and Office Administration areas of public and private companies. This project addresses the needs presented by the Professional Secretarial School due to the lack of a competency-based course on this specific topic. Consequently, two proposals were developed: the first corresponds to a competency-based Training Activity program, in which the didactic and pedagogical factors and appropriate curricular elements for its approach were analyzed; and the second is a competency-based teaching proposal that used didactic and pedagogical elements for its development. In addition, it was validated by experts and determined to contain all the necessary elements according to what was studied throughout this research. Thus, to its relevance for the development of the Continuing Education course on business etiquette and protocol.
