Mejoramiento de las capacidades físicas de las personas para obtención de mejor salud y funcionabilidad mediante las clases de ejercicios funcionales

Resumen
Este trabajo consiste en la implementación de rutinas de ejercicios funcionales, las cuales se realizaron 2 veces por semana, con el propósito de mejorar la salud, capacidad física y la funcionabilidad de las personas. Se utilizaron diversos métodos, entre los cuales están HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), EMON (Every Minute on the Minute), AMRAP (As Many As Possible), circuitos y tábatas. Los métodos fueron realizados en sesiones regulares, adaptadas a las capacidades de las personas participantes, con el objetivo de mejorar su agilidad, resistencia y funcionabilidad contribuyendo significativamente a la mejora general de su salud. Se aplicó una evaluación de satisfacción a 30 personas (8 hombres y 22 mujeres).
This work consists of the implementation of functional exercise routines, which were performed twice a week, with the aim of improving people's health, physical capacity, and functionality. Various methods were used, including HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), EMON (Every Minute on the Minute), AMRAP (As Many As Possible), circuits, and tabatas. The methods were carried out in regular sessions, adapted to the abilities of the participants, with the aim of improving their agility, endurance, and functionality, contributing significantly to the overall improvement of their health.
