Costa Rica has a large number of vulnerable populations excluded from the formal education system due to various factors, including psychological, socioeconomic, familial, community, and health issues. This exclusion leaves them marginalized in society, leading to difficulties in successfully adapting to work and social conditions. In response to this, the Basic Office Management Extension Project was created as an opportunity to raise awareness among the country's most disadvantaged groups for future professionals in Business Education. Therefore, this project is important not only for the community members participating, but also for the Business Education students who teach the modules, as well as for the University itself. Furthermore, the Basic Office Management Extension Project was established to offer training programs for trainers, allowing them to engage with real-world situations and generate opportunities for non-formal education. This enables Business Education students to complete their practicums and earn a Bachelor's degree in Business Education with an emphasis in Teaching. Considering the above, this research paper presents the following topic: “Analysis of the employment scope based on the educational experience of the participants, during the period 2010-2013, in the Basic Office Management Extension Project of the School of Professional Secretarial Studies and the Division of Educational Sciences.”, which has as its main objective to analyze the employment scope of the participants of the period 2010-2013 of the Basic Office Management Extension Project of the School of Professional Secretarial Studies and the Division of Educational Sciences.
