Gestión Educativa desde el neuroliderazgo: una propuesta para el fortalecimiento del clima organizacional del Colegio Humanístico Costarricense, Campus Omar Dengo

Resumen
El neuroliderazgo es un elemento innovador para ser tomado en cuenta dentro de
la gestión educativa debido a que además de considerar elementos de liderazgo contempla
el funcionamiento del cerebro, promoviendo su óptimo desempeño. El objetivo principal
corresponde a: desarrollar habilidades de neuroliderazgo desde la Gestión Educativa para
el fortalecimiento del clima organizacional del Colegio Humanístico Costarricense, Campus
Omar Dengo.
La presente investigación sienta sus bases teóricas en cuatro categorías de análisis:
habilidades de liderazgo, neuroliderazgo, áreas de enfoque de la gestión educativa y clima
organizacional. A partir del paradigma sociocrítico, bajo el enfoque cualitativo y método
investigación acción se aplicaron técnicas de información como la revisión documental,
entrevistas semiestructuradas, cuestionario y observación, dentro de los instrumentos se
encuentra la guía de revisión documental, guía de preguntas y hoja de cotejo.
Dentro de los principales hallazgos se evidencia que los principios de neuroliderazgo
no han sido abordados desde la gestión, por lo tanto, repercuten en el clima organizacional.
Además, se identifica que el área de enfoque de la gestión educativa por fortalecer es la
gestión emocional. Las habilidades de liderazgo que requieren mayor atención es la
comunicación asertiva y la motivación. Finalmente, se desarrolla la propuesta denominada:
“Cerebro de líder: potencia tu neuroliderazgo y transforma el clima organizacional para el
éxito empresarial”, la cual corresponde a un curso en línea autodirigido que busca brindar
herramientas para fortalecer el clima organizacional desde el neuroliderazgo.
La validación de la propuesta se desarrolló en dos vías, en primer lugar, la validación
de campo, la cual fue aplicada a la dirección ejecutiva y al personal docente y administrativo
del centro educativo para conocer la experiencia de usuario e identificar aspectos de mejora
para garantizar el éxito del proyecto. En segundo lugar, la validación por ejes determinó
que esta propuesta es un intraemprendimiento creativo e innovador, que se rige bajo
aspectos éticos, responde a una legislación vigente y aborda los Objetivos de Desarrollo
Sostenible como un eje transversal en la estrategia curricular, el plan de comunicación y el
plan de convivencia.
Neuroleadership is an innovative element to be taken into account within educational management because in addition to considering elements of leadership it contemplates the functioning of the brain, promoting its optimal performance. The main objective corresponds to: developing neuroleadership skills from Educational Management to strengthening the organizational climate of the Costa Rican Humanistic College, Campus Omar Dengo. This research lays its theoretical foundations in four categories of analysis: leadership skills, neuroleadership, educational management focus areas and climate organizational. From the socio-critical paradigm, under the qualitative approach and method action research, information techniques were applied such as documentary review, semi-structured interviews, questionnaire and observation, within the instruments find the document review guide, question guide and check sheet. Among the main findings it is evident that the principles of neuroleadership They have not been addressed by management, therefore, they have an impact on the organizational climate. Furthermore, it is identified that the focus area of educational management to be strengthened is emotional management. The leadership skills that require the most attention are assertive communication and motivation. Finally, the proposal called: “Leader brain: enhance your neuroleadership and transform the organizational climate for the business success”, which corresponds to a self-directed online course that seeks to provide tools to strengthen the organizational climate from neuroleadership. The validation of the proposal was developed in two ways, first, the validation field, which was applied to the executive management and the teaching and administrative staff of the educational center to understand the user experience and identify aspects for improvement to ensure the success of the project. Secondly, the axis validation determined that this proposal is a creative and innovative intrapreneurship, which is governed under ethical aspects, responds to current legislation and addresses the Development Goals Sustainable as a transversal axis in the curricular strategy, the communication plan and the coexistence plan.
