Retos generados por la pandemia del Covid-19 en la implementación de estrategias de mediación pedagógica bajo la modalidad a distancia durante la enseñanza y el aprendizaje de las ciencias en un colegio público de San José

Resumen
Con la aparición de la pandemia del Covid-19 a nivel mundial se generó una crisis en todos los sectores que componen una sociedad, la educación se vio afectada directamente forzando el cierre de todas las instituciones y encontrar una manera de dar continuidad al proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje, debido a esto se realizó la siguiente investigación que tiene como objetivo análisis los principales retos que se generaron en la implementación de estrategias de mediación pedagógica en las clases de ciencias de educación media de un colegio públicos de San José, Costa Rica. La migración del modelo de educación presencial a la educación a distancia trajo consigo diversos retos como falta de recursos, problemas de comunicación y conectividad, el uso y manejo de recursos y herramientas tecnológicas y el diseño de estrategias que se acoplaran a la educación a distancia, estos retos mencionados afectaron de forma directa a las personas docentes y estudiantes. Plataformas como Zoom, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, correo electrónico fueron necesarios para dar continuidad al proceso de enseñanza, además de la implementación de sitios como Mindomo, Canva, YouTube, Kahoot, entre otras para la creación de clases que fueran entretenidas y llamativas para así llamar la atención de los estudiantes y no frenar el proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje.
With the appearance of the Covid-19 pandemic worldwide, a crisis will occur in all the sectors that make up a society, education was directly affected, forcing the closure of all institutions and find a way to give continuity to the teaching process and learning, due to this the following investigation was carried out that has as objective analysis the main challenges that were generated in the implementation of mediation strategies teaching in middle school science classes at a public school in San José, Costa Delicious. The migration from the face-to-face education model to distance education had various challenges lack of resources, communication and connectivity problems, use and management of resources and technological tools and the design of strategies that are coupled to education distance, these challenges directly affected teachers and students. Platforms like Zoom, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, email were necessary to give continuity to the teaching process, in addition to the implementation of sites such as Mindomo, Canva, YouTube, Kahoot, among others for the creation of classes that ended entertaining and eye-catching in order to draw the attention of the students and not slow down the learning process. teaching and learning
