Documento base sobre el sistema de certificados

Abstract

A fines del mes de marzo y principios de abril de este año se realizó el fructífero "Seminario sobre el Sistema de Certificados" cuyos resultados fueron publicados en un folleto que tuvo amplia difusión. En dicho Seminario se solicitó el nombramiento de una Comisión encargada de redactar un Documento Base que definiera en forma orgánica y precisa el ser del certificado dentro de la Universidad Nacional y que estudiara diversos aspectos de orden académico y administrativo. La Comisión fue integrada por el señor Rector con los siguientes profesores: Dr. Luis Fernando Sibaja, Coordinador; Dr. Chester Zelaya; Dr. Jaime Arellano; Ing. Agr. Fernando Rivera y Lic. Víctor Mourguiart. Los representantes estudiantiles, uno del Directorio Estudiantil y otro del CAEUNA, no asistieron a las reuniones. Posteriormente se integraron a la Comisión la Licda. Esther Sandoval y el Lic. Hermann Lücke.

At the end of March and beginning of April of this year, a fruitful "Seminar on the Certificate System" was held, the results of which were published in a brochure that was widely distributed. In this Seminar, the appointment of a Commission was requested to draw up a Basic Document that would define in an organic and precise way the nature of the certificate within the National University and that would study various academic and administrative aspects. The Commission was integrated by the Rector with the following professors: Dr. Luis Fernando Sibaja, Coordinator; Dr. Chester Zelaya; Dr. Jaime Arellano; Agronomist Fernando Rivera and Mr. Victor Mourguiart. The student representatives, one from the Student Board and the other from CAEUNA, did not attend the meetings. Subsequently, Esther Sandoval and Hermann Lücke joined the Commission.
