Factores que inciden en la inserción laboral de los graduados del C.T.P. de Buenos Aires durante los períodos 2001 a 2003

Resumen
Analiza si de los graduados como técnico medio en las especializades de informática, agropecuaria, secretariado, industria textil, agroecología y contabilidad, del Colegio Técnico Profesional de Buenos Aires lograron insertarse en el mercado laboral del cantón, durante el período 2001 a 2003. Además, realizan un conteo del porcentaje de estudiantes que se gradúa de la especialidad, e identifica los aspectos que posibilitan la inserción al mercado laboral. En el estudio participaron 137 egresados, que constituyó la totalidad en ese período. También participaron todos los administradores de recursos humanos de las empresas e instituciones de Buenos Aires, de dicha época y el personal docente, director, coordinadores técnicos del mencionado colegio, así como su Junta Administrativa. De acuerdo con los resultados arrojados en esta investigación, es una minoría (alrededor del 20%) de los graduados en diversas especialidades lo que se encuentran trabajando o estudiando en un campo a fin de su especialidad, lo cual indica la orientación vocacional esta fallando o bien la planificación de las diversas especialidades, no ha permitido que los jóvenes ingresen al mercado laboral del cantón con éxito. Por otro lado, más del 50% de los graduados de las diferentes especialidades, actualmente están trabajando o estudiando en un campo totalmente diferente al de la especialidad de la cual se graduaron.
The study analyzes whether the graduates as intermediate technicians in the specialties of computer science, agriculture, secretarial work, textile industry, agroecology and accounting, from the Professional Technical College of Buenos Aires were able to enter the labor market of the canton, during the period 2001 to 2003. In addition, a count was made of the percentage of students graduating from the specialty, and the aspects that make insertion into the labor market possible were identified. A total of 137 graduates participated in the study, which constituted the total number of graduates in that period. All the human resources managers of the companies and institutions of Buenos Aires at that time and the teaching staff, director, technical coordinators of the aforementioned school, as well as its Administrative Board, also participated in the study. According to the results of this research, a minority (about 20%) of the graduates in various specialties are working or studying in a field related to their specialty, which indicates that vocational orientation is failing or that the planning of the various specialties has not allowed young people to successfully enter the canton's labor market. On the other hand, more than 50% of the graduates of the different specialties are currently working or studying in a field totally different from the specialty from which they graduated.
