Resumen
Esta investigación tiene el propósito de indagar los efectos psicológicos, sociales y laborales en los educadores como resultado de trabajar los doscientos días lectivos. La investigación responde a un tipo de estudio cualitativo-descriptivo. La literatura consultada muestra el convenio de los doscientos días de origen legal y este provoca efectos en los docentes. Para recolectar la información se utiliza la entrevista semiestructurada y el diseño de matrices para su análisis e interpretación. La población comprende a 9 docentes, el director y 3 padres de familia de la escuela. Los principales resultados muestran al docente cansado, estresado y la educación no mejora. Las conclusiones muestran un ambiente psicológico tenso, a un docente socializando menos y el rol docente saturado de funciones. Entre las principales recomendaciones se mencionan, dar atención psicológica, buscar espacios donde el docente interactúe y socialice. Suplir eficaz y eficientemente las necesidades del centro educativo, atendiendo un programa de prioridades.

A semi-structured interview and the design of matrices for its analysis and interpretation were used to collect the information. The population includes 9 teachers, the principal and 3 parents of the school. The main results show that teachers are tired, stressed and education is not improving. The conclusions show a tense psychological environment, a teacher socializing less and the teaching role saturated with functions. Among the main recommendations are to provide psychological attention, to look for spaces where the teacher interacts and socializes. To effectively and efficiently meet the needs of the educational center, attending to a program of priorities.
