Percepción de la experiencia educativa del estudiantado de la sede Regional Brunca, campus Pérez Zeledón, bajo la modalidad presencial remota y el uso de las TIC, durante el II semestre del 2020

Resumen
El objetivo principal de este artículo fue investigar la percepción de los estudiantes del campus Pérez Zeledón, en relación a su experiencia educativa bajo la modalidad virtual implementada por la UNA. Los resultados muestran que la población estudiantil participante en el estudio valora positivamente la modalidad virtual con el apoyo de las TIC como apropiadas en su proceso de aprendizaje, lo que les ha permitido formarse en nuevas herramientas tecnológicas para mantener o concluir su especialidad. Además, las herramientas y recursos herramientas y recursos tecnológicos fueron la suite de ® Microsoft Office, y las herramientas de herramientas de videoconferencia en línea como ® Microsoft Teams, ® Google Meet y ® Zoom que apoyaron el logro del aprendizaje educativo en cada especialidad. Además, algunas de las ventajas de esta modalidad son el ahorro de dinero en transporte y el desarrollo de habilidades autodidactas. En contraste, algunas de las desventajas que reportan los estudiantes es el acceso limitado a la conexión a internet.
The main objective of this article was to investigate the perceptions of students at the Pérez Zeledón campus regarding their educational experience under the virtual modality implemented by UNA. The results show that the student population participating in the study positively values the virtual modality with the support of ICTs as appropriate in their learning process, which has allowed them to train in new technological tools to maintain or complete their specialty. Furthermore, the technological tools and resources were the Microsoft Office suite, and online videoconferencing tools such as Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Zoom that supported the achievement of educational learning in each specialty. Furthermore, some of the advantages of this modality are saving money on transportation and the development of self-taught skills. In contrast, some of the disadvantages reported by students are limited access to internet connection.
