Resumen
En este proyecto de investigación titulado “Propuesta para la gestión de expedientes digitales que responda a la migración de documentos físicos a digitales en las oficinas de abogados y notarios de Pérez Zeledón, durante el período 2020-2022”, consiste en analizar la migración de expedientes de físico a digital que se da en los bufetes de abogados-notarios cantón Pérez Zeledón, San Isidro de El General, distrito 01, para recolectar la información del proyecto se realizó dos cuestionarios y una lista de cotejo, la cual fue aplicada a los funcionarios de los bufetes. Los bufetes de abogados-notarios son una fuente de empleo para la zona de Pérez Zeledón, en la actualidad enfrentan desafíos con la digitalización de los expedientes digitales debido a la falta de conocimiento de las herramientas tecnológicas, las cuales facilitan la migración de documentos físicos a digitales. En esta investigación se consideran los siguientes objetivos, describir el proceso en la confección de expedientes físicos a digitales, para la elaboración de una propuesta dirigida a los funcionarios de los Bufetes, además determinar las herramientas tecnológicas que utilizan los abogados y notarios en la realización de expedientes digitales para brindar sugerencias factibles dentro de la propuesta, así mismo detallar las ventajas y desventajas en la elaboración de expediente físicos y digitales para una propuesta de gestión de expedientes dirigido a los funcionarios de los Bufetes. Esta investigación es cualitativa con carácter exploratorio, esta se ha elaborado con la recopilación de datos bibliográficos. Para la recolección de la información se llevó a cabo una investigación en internet y la aplicación de dos cuestionarios y una lista de cotejo a los funcionarios de Bufete de Abogados-Notarios. Con respecto a los resultados obtenidos se determina la necesidad de una propuesta para la migración de expedientes, ya que existe un desinterés en la migración de documentos físico a digital, por ello se crea una propuesta como guía de pasos a seguir para la migración de los expedientes de físicos a digitales correctamente, con el propósito de disminuir la documentación física y adaptarse a la transformación digital. La propuesta se diseña considerando toda la información obtenida durante el proceso de investigación, se hace una validación del proyecto por medio de dos profesores quienes imparten la carrera de Administración de Empresas en la Universidad Nacional sede Pérez Zeledón, de acuerdo con el desarrollo del proceso se logra observar la importancia de implementar el manual facilitando las labores que se realizan en los bufetes de abogados-notarios.
In this research project entitled "Proposal for the management of digital files that responds to the migration of physical to digital documents in the offices of lawyers and notaries of Pérez Zeledón, during the period 2020-2022", is to analyze the migration of files from physical to digital that occurs in the offices of lawyers-notaries canton Pérez Zeledón, San Isidro de El General, district 01, to collect the information of the project two questionnaires and a checklist were conducted, which was applied to officials of the offices. Law firms-notaries are a source of employment for the area of Perez Zeledon, currently face challenges with the digitization of digital files due to lack of knowledge of technological tools, which facilitate the migration of physical documents to digital. In this research the following objectives are considered: to describe the process in the preparation of physical to digital files, for the elaboration of a proposal directed to the officials of the law firms, also to determine the technological tools used by lawyers and notaries in the realization of digital files to provide feasible suggestions within the proposal, as well as to detail the advantages and disadvantages in the elaboration of physical and digital files for a proposal of file management directed to the officials of the law firms. This research is qualitative with exploratory character, it has been elaborated with the collection of bibliographic data. For the collection of information, an Internet research was carried out and two questionnaires and a checklist were applied to the officials of the law firms-notaries. With respect to the results obtained, it is determined the need for a proposal for the migration of files, since there is a lack of interest in the migration of physical documents to digital, therefore a proposal is created as a guide of steps to follow for the migration of files from physical to digital correctly, with the purpose of reducing the physical documentation and adapt to the digital transformation. The proposal is designed considering all the information obtained during the research process, a validation of the project is made by two professors who teach the career of Business Administration at the National University of Pérez Zeledón, according to the development of the process it is possible to observe the importance of implementing the manual facilitating the work done in the law firms-notaries.
