Resumen
La globalización ha impulsado nuevas prácticas, que deben ser adoptadas por todos aquellos participantes en el comercio internacional que quieran llegar y mantener una posición respetada a este nivel. Actualmente, el comercio entre los países es cada vez más competitivo, las empresas que participan en esta actividad han ido adoptando estrategias más eficientes en cuanto a los procesos de producción que van más allá de la adecuación de los productos a los mercados en que participan. Además el tema de la calidad ha ido ganando terreno e incluyendo otra variable, el servicio, que la hace formar parte de un producto más sofisticado. De ahí que los exportadores nacionales que deseen posicionar sostenidamente sus productos en el extranjero deben conocer las estrategias comerciales internacionales basadas en la competencia que se están aplicando actualmente para mantener una posición privilegiada a nivel internacional. Por tal motivo, se ha considerado relevante analizar la logística comercial como estrategia competitiva. Esta actividad incluye una serie de elementos que deben ser conocidos por los exportadores nacionales tomando en consideración aspectos técnicos y operativos de dicha actividad.
Globalization has given rise to new practices, which must be adopted by all those involved in international trade who wish to reach and maintain a respected position at this level. Currently, trade between countries is becoming increasingly competitive, and companies involved in this activity have been adopting more efficient strategies in terms of production processes that go beyond the adequacy of products to the markets in which they participate. In addition, the issue of quality has been gaining ground and including another variable, service, which makes it part of a more sophisticated product. Therefore, national exporters who wish to position their products abroad in a sustainable manner must be aware of the international commercial strategies based on competition that are currently being applied in order to maintain a privileged position at the international level. For this reason, it has been considered relevant to analyze trade logistics as a competitive strategy. This activity includes a series of elements that should be known by national exporters, taking into consideration technical and operational aspects of this activity.
