Estrategia para la configuración del funcionamiento del Centro de Apoyo a la Tecnología y la Innovación de la Universidad Estatal a Distancia

Abstract

"Estrategia para la Configuración del Funcionamiento del Centro de Apoyo a la Tecnología y la Innovación de la Universidad Estatal a Distancia" es una actividad realizada en conjunto con la Unidad de Enlace Universidad-Sector Externo de la Dirección de Internacionalización y Cooperación de la Universidad Estatal a Distancia, con la finalidad de constituir una estructura de funcionamiento de los servicios brindados a través del Centro de Apoyo a la Tecnología y la Innovación de la Universidad Estatal a Distancia, en adelante CATI-UNED. En la primera parte aborda una caracterización de los factores influyentes en el funcionamiento del Centro de Apoyo a la Tecnología y la Innovación. Determinando elementos importantes como sus los actores principales, las funciones generales y su papel en el proceso protección intelectual, además de la comprensión del entorno y los antecedentes del Centro, y, por tanto, de la Estrategia. En la segunda etapa, se presenta un panorama general de los Acuerdos de Cooperación vinculantes que derivaron en el establecimiento de un Centro de Apoyo a la Tecnología y la Innovación en la Universidad Estatal a Distancia; así como los formularios utilizados de acuerdo a los servicios informativos, los cuales constituyen un pilar importante para el desarrollo de la estrategia. En la tercera y última parte, se establece la división de la Estrategia y se exponen las acciones realizadas durante el desarrollo de la misma. Adicionalmente, se brindan una serie de recomendaciones y conclusiones, tanto para algunos de los actores como para el público en general.

"Strategy for the Configuration of the Operation of the Center for Technology and Innovation Support of the State Distance University" is an activity carried out jointly with the University-External Sector Liaison Unit of the Internationalization and Cooperation Directorate of the State Distance University, with the purpose of constituting a structure for the operation of the services provided through the Center for Technology and Innovation Support of the State Distance University, hereinafter CATI-UNED. In the first part, it addresses a characterization of the factors influencing the operation of the Technology and Innovation Support Center. It determines important elements such as the main actors, the general functions and their role in the intellectual protection process, as well as an understanding of the environment and the background of the Center and, therefore, of the Strategy. In the second stage, an overview of the binding Cooperation Agreements that led to the establishment of a Technology and Innovation Support Center at the State Distance University is presented, as well as the forms used according to the information services, which constitute an important pillar for the development of the strategy. In the third and last part, the division of the Strategy is established and the actions carried out during its development are presented. In addition, a series of recommendations and conclusions are offered, both for some of the actors and for the general public.
