Resumen
La tecnología ha fortalecido los procesos de calidad, servicio al cliente y de información oportuna, agregando o mejorando ventajas competitivas. Esta posibilidad ha despertado gran interés en la Comisión Nacional de Préstamos para la Educación -CONAPE-, como opción de aprovechar la tecnología para desconcentrar parte de sus procesos operativos, mediante un sistema de Internet desarrollado en el marco de una práctica dirigida de estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional. El desarrollo del proyecto se fundamenta en proporcionar una herramienta a CONAPE que le permita atender con mayor agilidad la gran demanda de información que diariamente requieren los prestatarios, mediante un sistema automatizado que se ejecute en ambiente W.W.W. (Word Wide web), denominado "Desarrollo del sistema de información para CONAPE, orientado al servicio al cliente (S.I.S.C.) con posibilidad de accesarlo vía Internet".

This possibility has aroused great interest in the National Commission for Education Loans -CONAPE-, as an option to take advantage of technology to deconcentrate part of its operational processes, through an Internet system developed within the framework of a practice directed by students of the National University. The development of the project is based on providing a tool to CONAPE that allows it to attend with greater agility the great demand for information that borrowers require on a daily basis, through an automated system that runs in a W.W.W. (Word Wide web), called "Development of the information system for CONAPE, oriented to customer service (S.I.S.C.) with the possibility of accessing it via the Internet".
