Abstract

Actualmente, el tema de la seguridad es un tópico de conversación presente en muy diversos lugares. En un parque capitalino, sin buscar mucho, se pueden encontrar dos o más personas conversando acerca de la seguridad ciudadana. En los noticieros es común observar reportajes sobre accidentes de tránsito que alertan acerca de la inseguridad en nuestras carreteras; y leemos, en los periódicos, reportajes provenientes de gran cantidad de países sobre las medidas para aumentar la seguridad en muy diversas actividades. Pero la seguridad no se restringe solo a estos campos, sino que está presente en cualquier actividad del quehacer cotidiano. El ser humano buscará realizar las actividades que deba efectuar en un marco que le permita realizarlas sin prejuicio de su integridad, siempre observando las mínimas medidas de seguridad.

The human being will seek to carry out the activities that he must carry out in a framework that allows him to carry them out without prejudice to his integrity, always observing the minimum security measures.
