Resumen
La presente investigación indaga sobre la mirada que, desde las comunidades, la institucionalidad del Gobierno nacional con competencias misionales, expertos académicos y representantes de la cooperación internacional tienen, sobre la problemática territorial y las posibles acciones que se deberían desarrollar y que representan miradas que se contrastan para identificar puntos comunes y divergentes sobre una problemática común. Se logran encontrar puntos comunes sobre acciones estratégicas como la implementación de iniciativas que entienden el bosque como un activo productivo que puede generar réditos económicos sin degradar los ecosistemas locales, los cuales se deberían implementar con un enfoque participativo e incluyente que ponga a las comunidades y a las personas como protagonistas de la generación de soluciones.
This study analyses the view that communities, the institutional framework of the national government with missionary powers, academic experts and representatives of international cooperation have on the territorial problem. It also analyses the possible actions that should be developed and that represent views that are contrasted to identify common and divergent points on a common problem. it is possible to find common points on strategic actions such as the implementation of initiatives that understand the forest as a productive asset that can generate economic returns without degrading local ecosystems. These strategies should be implemented with a participatory and inclusive approach that puts communities and people as main actors in solutions generation.
