Resumen
En la actualidad las empresas tienen necesidad de diversos tipos de sistemas de información que apoyen las operaciones y los quehaceres diarios. Entre los sistemas más comunes e indispensables para que una empresa pueda desarrollarse con normalidad son los sistemas de contabilidad, recursos humanos, ventas y facturación, proveeduría compras, etc. Pero conforme las empresas crecen tienen necesidad no solo de dar soporte tecnológico a la operaciones diarias, sino también, a su gestión estratégica. CoopeAgri R.L es una empresa en crecimiento. Por esta razón, es que el sistema de apoyo a la gerencia en la formulación, ejecución y control del planeamiento operativo y presupuestario llena esta nueva necesidad en la organización. Para el desarrollo del proyecto se realizó una investigación sobre la formulación del plan operativo y el presupuesto en las áreas operativas de CoopeAgri. Se analizó también los controles y los aspectos que a la gerencia le interesa conocer, como el avance en los planes. También fue necesario estudiar las teorías en las que se fundamenta el desarrollo de estos. Tales son la planificación y control de utilidades y el cuadro de mando integral. Al implementar este proyecto se pretende mejorar la gestión estratégica de la cooperativa y a la vez contribuir con el desarrollo que ésta trae a la zona. El presente trabajo está dividido en cinco capítulos donde se expondrán de la mejor forma posible las ideas que se llevaron a cabo. En el primer capítulo se muestra en forma general la empresa, su estructura, la importancia para la zona donde se encuentra, el problema que se quiere resolver y los objetivos a alcanzar en este trabajo.
Companies today need various types of information systems that support operations and daily tasks. Among the most common and essential systems for a company to develop normally are accounting systems, human resources, sales and billing, procurement, purchases, etc. But as companies grow, they need not only to provide technological support for daily operations, but also for their strategic management. CoopeAgri R.L is a growing company. For this reason, it is that the management support system in the formulation, execution and control of operational and budget planning fills this new need in the organization. For the development of the project, an investigation was carried out on the formulation of the operational plan and the budget in the operational areas of CoopeAgri. Controls and aspects that management is interested in learning about, such as progress on plans, were also analyzed. It was also necessary to study the theories on which their development is based. Such are the planning and control of utilities and the balanced scorecard. By implementing this project, it is intended to improve the strategic management of the cooperative and at the same time contribute to the development that it brings to the area. The present work is divided into five chapters where the ideas that were carried out will be presented in the best possible way. In the first chapter, the company is shown in a general way, its structure, the importance for the area where it is located, the problem to be solved and the objectives to be achieved in this work.
