This Final Graduation Project conceptualizes the process of strategic planning as a fundamental element for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), providing them with a clear and coherent guide to achieve their goals within a set timeframe in a dynamic and challenging business environment. In this context, the research carries out a consultative process with the company Business & Talent Advisors (BTA), an SME dedicated to human capital consulting, to strengthen its market position through the implementation of strategic planning. Common barriers faced by SMEs in this process are identified, such as the time limitations of managers, a lack of knowledge about the planning process, and resistance to sharing plans with employees and external consultants. The study aims to describe the existing processes at BTA, understand the perception of the partners regarding the current planning, and propose strategic improvements to strengthen the company's management. The importance of strategic planning for the growth and stability of SMEs is acknowledged, as well as its contribution to the socio-economic development of the country. From the discipline of Economic Planning and Social Promotion, a consultancy is developed based on research and the facilitation of tools that allow BTA to project itself in the long term, improve its management, and face the challenges of the constantly changing market. The relevance of planning is highlighted as a continuous process that involves analysis, evaluation, participation, and provides companies with greater opportunities to adapt and thrive in a competitive environment.
