Contribución de Promade a la sociedad costarricense: una acción transformadora desde la unidad didáctica

Resumen
Resumen. Esta investigación se enfoca en el Programa de Producción de Material Didáctico Escrito (Promade). El objetivo es argumentar la contribución que Promade realiza a la sociedad costarricense, a través de las unidades didácticas (UD), como acción transformadora del conocimiento. La metodología se fundamentó en el enfoque mixto de la investigación, dividido en cuatro etapas. Los resultados exponen la producción de unidades didácticas realizadas entre los periodos 2003 y 2021, así como la cantidad empleada en la oferta académica de 2021 y el aporte que se realiza a la sociedad con base en el estudio de una sola asignatura del Programa de Humanidades. Se concluye que Promade realiza un aporte inconmensurable como fuerza integradora. Se muestra además una aproximación de su contribución a través de las UD y se comprende la construcción del conocimiento a partir de su uso como una acción transformadora del conocimiento en cada estudiante.
Abstract. This research focuses on the Written Didactic Material Production Program (Promade). The objective is to argue the contribution that Promade makes to Costa Rican society, through didactic units (UD), as a knowledge-transforming action. The methodology was based on the mixed research approach, divided into four stages. The results show the production of teaching units carried out between the periods 2003 and 2021, as well as the amount used in the 2021 academic offering and the contribution made to society based on the study of a single subject of the Humanities Program. It is concluded that Promade makes an immeasurable contribution as an integrating force. An approximation of its contribution through the UD is also shown and the construction of knowledge is understood from its use as an action that transforms knowledge in each student.
