Tópicos del Humanismo #36 Caricatura e Historieta: Un Genero Hibrido y El ALCA: Un Efecto de la Globalización Económica

Abstract

Este tópico muestra el fenómeno de la caricatura y la literatura como algo nuevo dentro de los aspectos que interesan al humanismo. Este interés radica en las nuevas formas de la estética y el mensaje directo a través de dibujos animados, el mundo que subyace en las coordenadas del tiempo y el espacio, un mundo integrado al mensaje de masas que debemos tolerar y tomar confianza en la expresión necesaria de nuestro quehacer. Son como textos que iluminan este enfoque sobre el juego, la vida, el arte y la política, y por supuesto, lo que dice un medio como el de la caricatura y su mundo. En otro orden, se presenta un ensayo sobre el ALCA , que acota dimensiones problematizadoras. Desde el punto de vista del humanismo interesan los supuestos de la conveniencia en ver sobre el Tratado de Libre Comerio para América Latina, la búsqueda de soluciones y distanciamientos se hace ver así, como las medidas de un tratado implican compromisos para unificar el comercio en nuestro continente en la lucha y la superación de erradicar los males endémicos de la pobreza y la salvación de nuestros recursos naturales, salvaguardarlos de su peligro inminente, a la vez que la integración de nuestras países se hace necesaria en que todos, desde el punto de vista de la política global, desean armonizar con los tiempos de cambios anunciados para el próximo milenio.

This topic shows the phenomenon of caricature and literature as something new within the aspects that interest humanism. This interest lies in the new forms of aesthetics and the direct message through cartoons, the world that underlies the coordinates of time and space, a world integrated into the mass message that we must tolerate and take confidence in the necessary expression of our work. They are like texts that illuminate this approach to the game, life, art and politics, and of course, what a medium such as the cartoon and its world says. In another order, an essay on the FTAA is presented, which delimits problematizing dimensions. From the point of view of humanism, the assumptions of the convenience of the Free Trade Agreement for Latin America are of interest, the search for solutions and distancing is made to see how the measures of a treaty imply commitments to unify trade in our continent in the struggle and overcoming of eradicating the endemic evils of poverty and the salvation of our natural resources, safeguarding them from their imminent danger, at the same time that the integration of our countries becomes necessary in that all, from the point of view of global politics, wish to harmonize with the times of changes announced for the next millennium.
