Etica digital: dilema u oportunidad en las organizaciones de educación superior inteligentes

Resumen
El propósito de este ensayo académico es generar reflexiones en torno a la ética digital como agente esencial para promover valores, principios y prácticas en las organizaciones de educación superior y estimular en las personas involucradas en el acto educativo, comportamientos digitales sanos y seguros para el uso apropiado de las Tecnologías de Información y Comunicación (TIC). Para ello, se presenta un análisis de la relación entre las TIC y la ética que se constituirá en una oportunidad para establecer en las universidades relaciones humanas basadas en el respeto, la justicia, la inclusión, la transparencia y la responsabilidad, en beneficio de una sociedad compleja, tecnológicamente activa e impactada por la pandemia de la enfermedad del coronavirus covid-19. Se inicia con una descripción tecnológica de la realidad global y local, luego se explican algunos elementos teóricos y prácticos relacionados con las organizaciones inteligentes y las Tecnologías para la Información y Comunicación (TIC). Además, se aborda desde una aproximación teórica la ética digital considerando si esta es un dilema o una oportunidad para generar cambio desde la perspectiva de organizaciones inteligentes. Por último, se aporta una propuesta con pautas para promover la ética digital en las universidades que contribuyan a una convivencia sana y centrada en el bien común, con el uso de las tecnologías digitales.
The purpose of this academic essay is to generate reflections on digital ethics as an essential agent to promote values, principles and practices in higher education organizations and stimulate healthy and safe digital behaviors for use in people involved in the educational act. appropriate information and communication technologies (ICT). To this end, an analysis of the relationship between ICT and ethics is presented, which will constitute an opportunity to establish human relationships in universities based on respect, justice, inclusion, transparency and responsibility, for the benefit of a complex, technologically active society impacted by the covid-19 coronavirus disease pandemic. It begins with a technological description of the global and local reality, then some theoretical and practical elements related to intelligent organizations and Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) are explained. Furthermore, digital ethics is approached from a theoretical approach, considering whether this is a dilemma or an opportunity to generate change from the perspective of intelligent organizations. Finally, a proposal is provided with guidelines to promote digital ethics in universities that contribute to a healthy coexistence focused on the common good, with the use of digital technologies.
