Fortalecimiento de los recursos de apoyo familiar de la persona joven que cumple una sanción alternativa: módulo psicoeducativo para personal profesional del Programa de Sanciones Alternativas

Resumen
El presente proyecto tuvo como objetivo fortalecer los recursos de apoyo familiar de la
persona joven que cumple una sanción alternativa, mediante el diseño e implementación de
un módulo psicoeducativo para la participación activa de las familias en el proceso de
acompañamiento de la sanción. El proceso se realizó en el Programa de Sanciones
Alternativas adscrito al Ministerio de Justicia y Paz y tuvo una duración de un año y seis
meses, llevándose a cabo con población menor de edad y adulta joven que cumple una
sanción alternativa y sus familiares, personal del equipo técnico del Programa de Sanciones
Alternativas y con distintas personas profesionales expertas en el tema.
Durante este periodo se realizó revisión documental, entrevistas a personal profesional
del equipo técnico del Programa de Sanciones Alternativas, talleres participativos con
personas jóvenes que cumplen una Sanción Alternativa, un grupo focal con familiares de
jóvenes con SA, entrevistas con personas expertas en el tema, entre otros; además dicho
proceso se llevó a cabo desde una metodología de investigación - acción y a partir de
importantes referentes conceptuales provenientes del enfoque sistémico de la psicología, los
cuales proporcionaron la aproximación teórica del proyecto.
Dentro de los principales resultados destaca la producción e implementación de un
módulo denominado: “Módulo psicoeducativo para el fortalecimiento de los recursos de
apoyo familiar de la persona joven que cumple una sanción alternativa”, dirigido al trabajo
con familias y personas jóvenes que forman parte del Programa de Sanciones Alternativas
del Ministerio de Justicia y Paz, a través del desarrollo de un proceso de sensibilización,
formación e información para el abordaje del acompañamiento familiar y fortalecimiento en
el cumplimiento de la Sanción Alternativa.
El proceso culminó con una validación de la metodología del Módulo Psicoeducativo con
personas jóvenes que cumplen una sanción alternativa, sus familiares y profesionales del
equipo técnico del Programa de Sanciones Alternativas.
