Abstract
El Objetivo General de este proyecto es desarrollar un software de entrenamiento capaz de ofrecer a los sectores profesionales interesados en los conceptos de COBIT (Objetivos de control de sistemas de Información y Tecnología relacionada, información sobre su estructura facilitando su uso en las organizaciones. En la actual era de la información y avance tecnológico el Auditor de sistemas y en general las unidades de Auditoria, tanto internas como externas, han sentido la necesidad de incrementar su efectividad y eficiencia para hacer frente a las exigencias de una asesoría pronta y sustentada para la administración al realizar sus evaluaciones al área informática. Situación que se percibe cuando los auditores de sistemas enfrentan dificultades al aplicar procedimientos de auditorías informales, ausencia de estándares, experiencia no documentada, así como personal y recursos.
