The present work is focused on the study of the History of the Costa Rican Church in the period between 1914-1919, covering the governmental administrations of don Alfredo González Flores and don Federico Tinoco Granados. This subject has not been studied yet in the religious aspect. The study tries to inform about the events and experiences in the possible layers of the Costa Rican Church at that time. In this way, really revealing data of the Church and the country in general appears. There are outstanding religious figures because of their apostolic work as true "prophets", who imbued with the Gospel message made announcement and denouncement before the realities lived then. True champions, of whom society seldom has so much joy in possessing them in its midst. Many of them, for various reasons, have remained anonymous until now, without the church and the country having recognized the outstanding value of their work. They are paradigmatic characters for the present society. Attached are: key interviews, photos, maps and writings that allow the reader to be set in the historical-geographical context and to better perceive those personalities and facts. In this sense, the fruit of the research obtains very satisfactory results. Some of these allow the creation of new horizons for future research of a church, historical and journalistic nature on that very rich vein that is faith and its experience by the Costa Rican population.
