Rediseño de la documentación y de los procesos legales-laborales en la etapa contractual para EQUIPEMSA durante el Segundo Semestre del 2024

Resumen
El presente proyecto de consultoría tiene el objetivo de implementar medidas para actualizar documentos de acuerdo con la normativa costarricense y así mantener la integridad de las operaciones en la compañía EQUIPEMSA. El rediseño de la documentación busca reducir el riesgo potencial económico que, al infringir las leyes laborales, se imponga a la organización. Y, sobre todo, busca la satisfacción laboral y justicia en la gestión de los procesos de la etapa contractual del individuo, aspectos mencionados anteriormente en este apartado. Se desarrollaron mejoras en los documentos de registros de solicitudes de vacaciones, permisos, incapacidades, licencias, la optimización en el cálculo de liquidaciones, y el desarrollo de manuales para estas transacciones laborales. Además, se desarrollaron indicadores clave de desempeño de cumplimiento permite establecer un método de control interno y facilitar la toma de decisiones basadas en datos, al garantizar una gestión eficiente y orientada a la mejora continua. Por último, se diseño una política de de gestión de incapacidades, vacaciones, permisos y licencias.
This consulting project has the objective of implementing measures to update documents in accordance with Costa Rican regulations and therefore maintain the integrity of operations in the EQUIPEMSA company. The redesign of documentation seeks to reduce the potential economic risk that, by violating labor laws, could be imposed on the organization. And, above all, it seeks job satisfaction and justice in the management of the processes of the individual's contractual stage, aspects mentioned previously in this section. Improvements were developed in the registration documents for vacation requests, leave of absence, disabilities, licenses, optimization in the calculation of severance, and the development of manuals for these labor transactions. In addition, key compliance performance indicators were developed to establish an internal control method and facilitate data-based decision making, by guaranteeing efficient management aimed at continuous improvement. Finally, a policy was designed to manage medical disabilities, vacations, leave of absences and licenses.
