Resumen
El presente trabajo final de graduación tuvo como propósito principal analizar los elementos
y los procedimientos que debe contener un plan de exportación internacional de productos
pesqueros artesanales con enfoque de desarrollo sostenible para COOPEQUEPOS, el
cumplimiento de este objetivo se orientó por medio de una investigación descriptiva-explicativa
en tres ámbitos que permiten comprender la realidad nacional e internacional del sector pesquero.
El primer aspecto estudiado fue la situación internacional, regional y nacional del intercambio
comercial en el sector pesquero, continuando con la caracterización necesaria de
COOPEQUEPOS, con el fin de determinar su capacitad productiva y de interacción con el
mercado internacional, finalmente se plantean los pasos necesarios para concretar un plan de
exportación sostenible, tomando en cuenta requerimientos técnicos, logísticos y ambientales.
Al finalizar esta investigación se concluyó que COOPEQUEPOS posee capacidad productiva
para colocar sus productos pesqueros en el mercado internacional; sin embargo, requiere
concretar el proyecto del centro de acopio con el fin de contar con la infraestructura necesaria
para el procesamiento y preparación de los productos que se exportarán.
The purpose of this thesis was to analyze the elements and procedures that an international export plan for artisanal fishery products with a sustainable development approach for COOPEQUEPOS, the fulfillment of this objective was guided by a descriptive investigation explanatory in three areas that allow to understand the national and international reality of the fishing sector. The first aspect studied was the international, regional and national situation of the commercial exchange in the fishing sector, continuing with the necessary characterization of COOPEQUEPOS, in order to determine its productive capacity and interaction with the international market, finally the necessary steps are considered to specify a sustainable export plan, taking into account technical, logistical and environmental requirements. At the end of this investigation, it was concluded that COOPEQUEPOS has the productive capacity to place its fishery products in the international market; however, it needs to specify the project of the collection center in order to have the necessary infrastructure for the processing and preparation of the products that will be exported.
