Estrategia interna de sostenibilidad para la empresa SCR Costa Rica afiliada a Moody's Local

Resumen
El presente proyecto se realizó pensando en la posibilidad de generar un insumo que le permitiera a la organización SCR Costa Rica, afiliada a Moody´s local, contar con una primera y formal línea de trabajo en materia de sostenibilidad. Dentro de algunos componentes que se utilizaron se encuentran los objetivos de desarrollo sostenibles, normas internacionales y otros elementos que constituyeron un referente valioso, que fueron considerados tanto por el investigador como por el equipo de trabajo de la organización. El enfoque de la sostenibilidad ha ido moldeando a una perspectiva de negocio enfocado en la triple utilidad, a lo largo del tiempo. Por ende, el auge en las empresas, organizaciones e instituciones, tanto públicas como privadas, han ido creando las estrategias de negocio, perfilados en la responsabilidad social, para abordar, de manera responsable, los impactos que generan las acciones de la comercialización; esta transformación fue uno de los principales motivadores organizativos para el desarrollo de este trabajo.
This project was carried out with a view to generating input that would enable SCR Costa Rica, an affiliate of Moody's local office, to establish an initial formal line of work in the area of sustainability. Some of the components used include sustainable development goals, international standards, and other elements that constituted a valuable reference point, which were considered by both the researcher and the organization's work team. Over time, the focus on sustainability has shaped a business perspective focused on triple bottom line. As a result, the rise of companies, organizations, and institutions, both public and private, has led to the creation of business strategies, outlined in social responsibility, to responsibly address the impacts generated by marketing actions. This transformation was one of the main organizational motivators for the development of this work.
